Good hot breakfasts, especially helpful and very efficient staff.
Wonderful very good budget hotel, superb views, excellent location so close to the centre. A nice size and normal double room with a Victorian interior. Good service and large bedrooms. Private parking onsite provided.

a newly renovated hotel, superb views, unbeatable location in the hyde park. fully functional unit with a victorian decor, genuinely helpful staff at reception desk. bonus point for a balcony and 3 windows.

I had very nice stay, the place is charming old and pretty standard!
I have stayed in double room with a balcony, a superb view to the Jungfrau, fans for 2 nights. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

It was a huge room on the top floor with a big terrace. It was very nice and pleasant.
Of course many Asians and the staff were not always very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a row of coffee was just powder coffee not my taste otherwise everything ok. The view from the room was uniquely great. Even the hotel is just gone in the years you should slowly renew everything but for a couple of overnight stays it is worth it price performance is good. Very nice area and a lot to do.
Old room facilities bathroom should be renovated times.

We had an exclusive room in the attic with terrace. Unfortunately we could not use the exclusivity at all, because we were on the road the whole day.
Coffee cream from the espresso machine for breakfast would be great.

Recommended for families with children
The room was clean, and surprisingly spacious for the five of us. Early mornings were filled with laughter over breakfast, where the spread was decent, enough to please both the kids and adults.
It wasn't cheap by any means, but still acceptable for the value.
